Nature’s Gate Cancellation Policy

At Nature’s Gate we strive to meet the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act and in this spirit, the following cancellation policy is in effect:

  • Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled check in date will attract a 100% cancellation fee.

    •
  • Reservations cancelled longer than 48 hours, but less than 7 days prior to the check in date will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of the full value of the reservation.

    •
  • Reservations cancelled more than 7 days before the scheduled check in date will attract a handling fee of 10% of the full value of the reservation.
